Customer Experience Leader — Store Operations

Sainsbury's West Belfast store is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead front‑of‑store operations and drive exceptional service across checkout and back‑of‑house teams.

You will coach colleagues, manage performance, scheduling and pay, and may take overall responsibility for running the store to deliver for customers. A strong focus on customer experience and KPI delivery is essential.
