Customer Experience & Operations Manager

Sainsburys is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead in-store operations and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee checkout, back-of-house processes, and petrol station operations where applicable, while coaching and supervising staff to deliver high standards.

You’ll drive performance through KPIs, manage disciplinary processes when needed, and ensure accurate scheduling and pay across shifts.
