Customer Experience Representative

Careermakers are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Representative to join our client’s team in Stockport. Our client is a leading veterinary products supply warehouse, and we are looking for a confident, professional and customer-focused individual to join their customer service team. The Role As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing an excellent level of service to customers, handling enquiries and ensuring that customers receive a professional and efficient experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a phone-based customer service role and be confident communicating with customers over the telephone and in writing. Key Requirements * Previous experience in phone-based customer service * Excellent written and spoken English * Confident and professional telephone manner * Strong communication and customer service skills * Good attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Experience using SAP or another CRM system would be advantageous * A positive, helpful and customer-focused attitude Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm Pay £12.95 This is a great opportunity to join an established business within the veterinary products sector, working within a friendly and professional team.
