Customer Service Administrator

We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to become a key member of a busy customer service team, supporting customers from order through to delivery. If you're a great communicator with excellent attention to detail and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing: * Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism. * Providing stock availability updates and delivery ETAs. * Liaising with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. * Supporting the external sales team with day-to-day administration. * Maintaining accurate customer records and company systems. * Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey. What we're looking for: * Previous experience in a customer service or administration role. * Excellent communication and telephone skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. * A proactive, positive attitude and excellent attention to detail. * Experience with order processing or within manufacturing, distribution or building products would be advantageous but isn't essential.
