Salary: £13.45 per hour, increasing to £13.90 per hour after 6 months Location: Capgemini, Inverness Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7am - 6pm
Manpower has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our client, Capgemini, as a Customer Service Advisor.
We are looking for individuals with proven customer service experience, ideally gained within a contact centre, call centre, helpdesk, or fast-paced customer support environment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service while providing first-line IT support. Full training will be provided, so you don't need extensive IT experience to succeed.
What you'll do Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and web chat Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction Log all customer contacts accurately using the appropriate call logging software Resolve customer issues where possible at first point of contact Escalate or assign requests to relevant support teams when required Process Back Office requests and ensure timely completion Provide customers with updates on the progress of their requests or incidents Advise customers and support teams on known issues and available workarounds Work towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining high service standards What you'll bring Previous customer service experience within a
contact centre, call centre, customer support, helpdesk, or similar high-volume environment
is essential Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service Confidence handling a high volume of customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new systems and processes IT knowledge is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided Why join us?
