About the role: £Competitive salary Magherafelt Full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday
- Friday Permanent position What youll be doing in this role: Respond to customer queries by phone, email, and live chat.
Support customers through the order process, including orders, fabric samples, and spare parts.
Maintain strong product knowledge and explain technical blind-related information confidently.
Share common customer feedback or recurring issues with the Team Leader.
Deliver a first-class customer experience aligned with the brand.
Manage daily workload effectively and stay organised.
What you'll need for this role: Essential: 1+ years experience in customer service or a similar role.
A genuine passion for helping people, with the patience to listen and the confidence to guide.
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Computer confidence, great phone etiquette, and an organised approach.
A positive attitude, pride in your work, and the energy to match.
Proficient in MS Office packages, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Desirable: Previous customer service experience within a manufacturing organisation. xwzovoh
