Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for people to join the busy team in Ringwood to deal with customer services calls and queries. This is a temp to Perm role. Salary : : £26,624 per annum plus on target bonus £2,400 per annum Hours : 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 7pm, Saturday 8:30am to 5pm, Sunday 9am to 5pm. – Hybrid working after training Location : Ringwood Main Purpose of Role * Taking inbound orders * Customer service calls * Inbound calls include but are not limited to: * Placing orders, * Setting up/cancelling subscriptions * Subscription queries * Taking payments and updating customer account information * To deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times * To deliver the required call quality targets * To deliver the required sales targets. * To deliver the required productivity targets.
