Customer Service Advisor – eCommerce Marketplaces 1-year fixed-term contract
Location: Easily commutable from Stoke-on-Trent (ST6), Newcastle-under-Lyme, Crewe (CW2), Sandbach, Alsager, Congleton, Nantwich.

What you’ll do
- Handle customer enquiries across Amazon, eBay, website and online retail channels
- Manage orders, returns, replacements and account updates
- Work closely with 3PL / fulfilment partners to chase deliveries and resolve issues
- Support product listings, website updates and recurring issue fixes
- Collaborate with Marketing on B2C campaigns and customer messaging
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email and webchat
What you’ll bring
- Strong customer service background
- Experience with Amazon, eBay, marketplaces or eCommerce
- Confident communicator with great listening skills
- Strong IT skills (CRM, MS Office, online systems)
