MPA Recruitment is delighted to partner with a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business in the Greater Belfast area to recruit a Customer Service & Operations Administrator.

The Role

 

As a key member of the team, you will provide vital customer service and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. This varied role offers plenty of interaction with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy and dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Respond to customer enquiries and manage incoming telephone calls.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Provide HR and Health & Safety administrative support.

Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and suppliers.

Coordinate deliveries and liaise with transport and logistics providers.

Support stock control activities and maintain accurate records.

Update company databases and administrative systems. Work closely with production and warehouse teams.

Carry out general office administration duties.

Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

 

Our Ideal Candidate

 

Previous experience in administration, customer service, or office support.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Confident building relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
