The Role
- Work closely with the internal and external sales teams to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Act as the point of contact for designated existing and potential customers.
- Support Commercial and Finance teams, where required, to ensure compliance.
- Provide excellent communication channels both internally and externally.
- Support Business Development Managers in the delivery of new business.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through pro-active communication.
