Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and other digital channels ? Providing professional, friendly and empathetic support ? Resolving customer queries and finding the best solutions ? Maintaining excellent service quality and customer satisfaction ? Working towards individual and team performance targets ? Using multiple systems to accurately manage customer interactions ? Supporting outbound customer contact campaigns when required ?
