Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Operational Sales Representative to join our Commercial Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to become the key link between customers and internal departments, ensuring excellent service while supporting the end-to-end order process.

You will be responsible for managing customer orders, maintaining strong customer relationships, and working closely with production, sales, and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately using an ERP system.
• Manage order amendments, cancellations and re-bookings.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate any changes or delays to customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Process customer price changes and maintain price lists.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Raise credit notes where required.
• Maintain customer and product master data.
• Create quotations and support pricing activities.
