Customer Service Representative £12.80 per hour + bonus opportunities Ringwood We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative role on behalf of a global outsourcing client in Ringwood. You'll be for a well known brand acting as the first point of contact for a range of customer queries. This is a temporary to permanent role so it's a great chance to get your foot in the door with a global company. This is an on site role with potential to move to hybrid once you're fully trained in the role. What's on offer - Weekly pay every Friday Opportunity to secure a permanent contract Annual bonus opportunities Working for a well established, global organisation What you'll be doing - Responding to customer queries over the telephone and via email Providing an excellent level of service to all customers Show empathy and understanding to customers Process customer orders and update records accurately Discuss ad-ons and potentials to up sell where suitable What we're looking for - Previous experience within a customer service role Contact centre experience is desirable but not essential Ability to build rapport with customers Computer literate and confident using various IT systems Excellent communication skills Hours of work - Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm We are looking to speak to suitable candidates for August start date!
