Customer Success Leader for Cybersecurity SaaS

RoboShadow, a fast-growing cybersecurity startup, is seeking a Head of Customer Success to own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to renewals and growth. You will lead the function, work with Sales, Product and Engineering, and shape CS processes as the company scales.

You will drive customer outcomes, develop playbooks and reporting, and have the opportunity to progress into broader commercial leadership as RoboShadow expands.
