Customer Support & Order Admin Specialist

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a Customer Support Administrator on a full-time, on-site basis in Enniskillen.

You will handle customer queries by phone and email, provide product knowledge, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. You’ll also process orders, prepare dispatch, and manage invoicing. The salary is £27,000, with a Monday–Friday week and clear opportunities for long-term development within a tight-knit team.
