Customer Service Representative Temporary Part time Salary dependent on experience Working hours – Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm Coventry Customer Service Representative Job Description Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a professional and friendly service. Process customer orders, update records, and maintain accurate information on internal systems. Respond to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently or escalating where required. Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requests are dealt with promptly. Maintain customer accounts and ensure all documentation is completed accurately. Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.Customer Service Representative Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Previous experience in an office-based customer service position. Previous experience working within a manufacturing or engineering setting would be desirable. Must be available immediately. Excellent communication skills, and phone etiquette. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
