Customer Team Leader — Flexible Shifts & Community Impact

Join Co-op as a Customer Team Leader to run day-to-day store operations with a small team. You will coach staff, ensure smooth tills and merchandising, and support community engagement and membership growth.

The role offers a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts with at least two evening shifts and one weekend shift. We prefer leaders who can motivate others and work flexibly, with a passion for people and retail.
