Customer Team Leader - Store & Bakery Lead (Flexible Hours)

Co-op in Lossiemouth is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage daily store operations, including the in-store bakery. The role is 16 hours per week with regular overtime, on a 6 am–2:30 pm shift, including weekends, on a 12-month temporary contract.

You’ll lead the team on shift, coach staff, ensure stock accuracy, and drive merchandising while engaging with the local community and supporting Co-op membership growth.
