Customer Team Leader — Store Lead with 30% Discount

Co-op Digital Gowerton is recruiting a Customer Team Leader to oversee a small team during a busy store shift. You’ll motivate staff, coach colleagues, and ensure great service while upholding store standards and community engagement.

The role combines early, mid and late shifts with occasional weekends, and includes overtime. You’ll help with merchandising, stock checks, and promoting Co-op membership benefits. You must be 18+ to authorise age-restricted sales and you'll join a values-led team.
