This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage and maintain accurate property information, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure data is shared in line with governance requirements. The successful candidate will support the strategic management of council housing assets by validating, analysing, and auditing data, producing high-quality information outputs that enable effective operational delivery and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support on updating and quality assuring data held on the department's database, ensuring the accessibility of accurate information across the department and to internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Manage all aspects of property information processing including data input and validation, quality assurance, data cleansing,, digitisation, preparing insight reports, and working with stakeholders.
