This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst with strong SAS and SQL expertise to join a highly established analytics team working with one of the UK's largest and most complex customer datasets. You'll play a key role in delivering data-driven marketing insights, campaign analysis, audience profiling, and reporting.

The Role

You will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insight that supports marketing and customer engagement decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Extracting, cleansing, and preparing large, complex datasets using SAS and SQL
• Conducting pre and post-campaign analysis to evaluate marketing performance and customer engagement activity
• Delivering audience profiling and segmentation analysis to support targeted communication strategies
• Producing insight-led reporting and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients
• Working with complex legacy databases and multiple data sources to create robust analytical outputs

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience using SAS and SQL
• Advanced Excel skills

• Proven experience working with large, complex, and messy datasets, including data extraction, cleansing, and manipulation
• Background in marketing analytics, CRM analytics, campaign analysis, customer analytics, audience segmentation, or customer journey analysis
