The role will support engineering and operational teams by ensuring data accuracy, effective change management, and robust configuration control processes.ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain, and control large volumes of data and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and accessibilityUtilise advanced Microsoft Excel and other data management tools to analyse, track, and report on key informationSupport and administer engineering change processes, ensuring all changes are documented, controlled, and implemented in line with established proceduresApply structured change management practices to maintain integrity across documentation and systemsMaintain and improve configuration management processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirementsBuild and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across engineering, project management, and operations teamsEnsure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and security requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve data handling, reporting, and configuration control processesRequired experienceProven experience managing large volumes of engineering or technical data and documentation within a regulated or high-assurance environmentAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting) and familiarity with enterprise data systemsExperience working with engineering change management processes in a controlled environmentStrong understanding of configuration management principles, processes, and systems (e.g., CMII or equivalent frameworks)Ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary defence teams and stakeholdersExcellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, programme-driven environmentDesirable experienceExperience in defence, aerospace, or government programmesFamiliarity with PLM and/or document management systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP)Knowledge of relevant standards such as DEF STANs, ISO 10007 (Configuration Management), or AQAPExperience supporting in-service support or lifecycle management programmesRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment. xkybehq
