Data-Driven Performance & Compliance Officer

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Performance and Compliance Officer on a fixed-term basis to join the Central Grants Team in Bridgend. The role focuses on gathering and analysing data, measuring outcomes and ensuring compliance for Early Intervention and Prevention initiatives funded by the council.

You will communicate effectively, provide practical solutions, and work under pressure to meet deadlines, with hybrid working between home and the office.
