Data Platform Engineering Lead — Strategy & CoE Delivery

Eastbourne Digifest is seeking a strategic leader to manage platform engineering, quality and governance teams, delivering projects and BAU activities aligned to CIO ways of working. You will translate Hastings strategy into daily work to drive growth and influence broader decisions.

You will own data platform operations, including ETL/ELT pipelines, security, quality, lineage, observability and metadata management, while driving cost-optimised delivery.
