Join our client as a Data Quality Manager, where you'll lead data quality initiatives, implement governance frameworks, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical information assets. This is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities in your new role as Data Quality Manager In this role, you will take ownership of geospatial data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all data assets. You'll define clear data quality standards as part of a wider governance framework and work closely with data owners to embed best practices into everyday processes. You will also:
Monitor data quality and performance against agreed standards
Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and consistency
Implement tools and processes to enhance data quality across the data lifecycle
Carry out data cleansing, validation, and quality checks
Analyse data issues and recommend practical solutions
Feed insights and improvement priorities into agile development and release plans
Support the continuous improvement of data management processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high standards of data quality
Your personality, experience and qualifications We're looking for a technically strong data professional with proven experience working with data quality tools and frameworks such as Collibra or DAMA-DMBOK. A solid understanding if GIS platforms including ArcGIS and QGIS is essential, alongside experience handling geospatial data formats such as Shapefiles and GeoJSON. You'll also bring:
A Strong understanding of data governance principles and regulatory requirements
Experience working within Government, Infrastructure, Utilities, or similar regulated sectors (preferred)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise competing workloads and manage deadlines effectively
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
