Daycare Manager Days: Part-time - Wednesday & Friday Salary: £14.70 per hour We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established charity that provides award winning, engaging and stimulating daytime support for people living with dementia. Through music, crafts, games, social activities and companionship, they help people remain active, connected and independent while offering valuable support to their families. Whether you're already working in dementia care or have management or supervisory experience in another care setting, we'd love to hear from you. As the Daycare Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day running of a welcoming dementia day service, ensuring every visitor enjoys a safe, stimulating and enjoyable experience. You'll inspire and support staff and volunteers, maintain high standards of care, oversee the smooth operation of the service and ensure all policies and procedures are followed. Manage the daily operation of the day centre. Ensure excellent standards of care are maintained at all times. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements. Promote dignity, respect and person-centred care. Experience within health, social care or a dementia-related setting.
