OurDay Shift Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the Day operation in our MaidstoneDepotwhere you will manage a mixed team of Warehouse Operatives, Parcel Shop and Cat C Drivers.

Our Day Shift typically starts around midday working any 5 days over 7 with full flexibility required to cover the operation.

OurDay ShiftManagerjob is for someone who understands how to motivate staff and can efficiently prioritise pressing needs, where there isnt an obvious solution. Lateral and original thinking would be a benefit as would logistics experience, but we are open to experience gained in other related fields. You must be able to work collaboratively and take the lead on projects amongst your peers.
