DCM Lawyer – 12-Month Contract, London (Hybrid)

Major Lindsey & Africa is seeking an experienced Debt Capital Markets lawyer to join its London team on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on advising across a broad range of capital markets transactions, including MTN programmes and syndicated bond issuances.

You will draft and negotiate transaction documents, provide pragmatic guidance to stakeholders, and work with internal teams and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions. This is a hybrid London-based opportunity.
