Defence Commercial Manager – Hybrid Onsite (2–3 days)

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Commercial Manager for a Broad Oak-based role with hybrid working 2-3 days on site. The position carries a rate of £66.63 per hour Umbrella Inside IR35 and is initially a 6-month contract.

The role focuses on robust commercial management across contracts, stakeholder engagement, and governance for a high-profile Defence programme with our Australian customer. You will support cross-boundary delivery and develop junior staff while driving commercial priorities.
