We're recruiting for a newly created Demand Manager role, responsible for leading customer demand planning and forecasting activities while acting as a key link between customers and internal teams. This position offers the opportunity to drive forecast accuracy, improve service performance, support S&OP processes, and build strong customer relationships within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and maintain customer demand forecasts across product categories.
* Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
* Identify demand risks, opportunities, promotions and product launch impacts.
* Lead forecasting reviews and support the demand side of the S&OP process.
* Monitor forecast accuracy, service KPIs and inventory requirements.
* Work closely with Operations and Planning to align demand with production capacity.
* Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting and planning processes.
About You
* Experience in Demand Planning, Customer Supply Chain, S&OP or Commercial Planning.
* Proven customer-facing experience within a supply chain environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting experience is advantageous.
* FMCG, food, drinks or consumer products experience is highly desirable.
