As Demand Planner, you will act as the vital link between commercial ambitions and operational delivery. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams, you will convert sales targets and market opportunities into realistic, data-driven demand forecasts. You will be responsible for improving forecasting processes, analysing demand trends, measuring forecast accuracy, challenging assumptions, and ensuring supply plans are aligned with future demand. You will also play an important role in developing reporting, facilitating demand reviews, and helping create a single source of truth for business planning.


To be successful, you will have at least 2-3 years' experience in a Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Planning role, ideally within a seasonal or trend-led industry such as consumer goods, retail, FMCG, or toys. You will be highly analytical with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience using planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, or other reporting tools is highly desirable, as is experience working within an S&OP environment. Strong communication skills are essential, with the confidence to present insights, challenge stakeholders constructively, and translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations. Spanish language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.


In return, the salary on offer is up to £50,000 with a discretionary annual bonus, 33 days holiday and private pension. xwzovoh The role is based in Central London, offers hybrid working with the option to work two days from home if living inside London, three days from home if you living outside of the London area.
