Associate Dentist position in East Grinstead, West Sussex with an established private opportunity in a modern five-surgery practice. ZEST Dental Recruitment, in partnership with an established dental practice, is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist in East Grinstead, West Sussex.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established mixed practice that has been serving the East Grinstead community for more than 20 years. The successful dentist will inherit a stable and well-maintained patient list from a long-standing clinician, providing immediate clinical activity alongside opportunities to develop private treatment.

The practice benefits from a patient demographic that is highly receptive to private treatment options and generally presents with relatively low clinical needs. This creates an excellent environment for a clinician looking to build private income alongside NHS dentistry.

The practice is fully computerised and benefits from an experienced multidisciplinary team, including clinicians providing implant dentistry, endodontics and Invisalign, together with excellent nursing and administrative support.

Conveniently located close to East Grinstead town centre, the practice offers free parking, excellent transport links and a supportive, well-established clinical environment.

Role and Practice Details

• Associate Dentist
• Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex
• Part-time position, two to four days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday afternoon and Friday)
• Private earning potential with a stable patient list
• 3,000 UDA at £14 per UDA
• Five-surgery mixed practice with iTero scanner, digital x-rays, rotary endodontics and intraoral camera
• Experienced longstanding clinical team with Hygienist, NHS Therapist, Practice Coordinator and strong nursing support
• Implants, endodontics and Invisalign provided within the practice
• Flexible working hours with optional Saturday sessions available
• Free parking and close to East Grinstead town centre
• Permanent position

Requirements

• GDC-registered dentist
• Active NHS performer number
• Experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK
