Hours - This is an exciting opportunity as we have adapted the flexibility of this role to develop a healthy work/life balance for the successful candidate.The role will be Monday Friday with some flexibility based on the individual.

We have an opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team within our childrens home in the Rhondda Cynon Taf area.Supporting up to 4 Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties. All our homes are based in a semi-rural location.

Your Role

As a Deputy you will support the registered manager in the running of the home, ensuring compliance with regulation and statutory requirements, along with our organisations policy, procedures and ethos.You will be required to deputise in the managers absence, supporting staff in addition to the children and young people
