Pay: £34,000.00 - £40,500.00 per year Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Children Home Manager to join our dynamic team. In this vital leadership role, you will support the overall management of the children’s home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all young residents. You will work closely with the Children Home Manager to implement care strategies, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of safeguarding and wellbeing. Your proactive approach and strong leadership skills will help foster a positive atmosphere where children can thrive and develop confidently.
