Deputy Framework Manager: Bid & Delivery Lead

AECOM is seeking a Deputy Framework Manager to support the SPaTS3 Framework across UK projects. Flexible within the UK with occasional Birmingham travel.

You will manage tenders, bid governance, and commercial support to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries. You’ll coordinate bid teams, maintain the opportunity pipeline, support governance meetings, and contribute to lessons learned, cost and performance reporting, and client engagement.
