ABOUT THE ROLE As Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD) of a Barchester care home, you'll support the delivery of the quality care we're known for. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is important as well as a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. HR experience, sales and marketing knowledge, budget management understanding, and supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship are desired qualities.
