Deputy General Manager – Customer Experience Leader

Buzz Bingo Swindon is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead daily club operations across opening hours. The role is full-time, 44 hours per week, with a 5-day week and a salary up to £33,000 depending on experience.

Experience in leisure, gambling, or hospitality is desired. You will support the General Manager to implement brand values and ensure exceptional customer service, manage a team, and optimise the customer journey.
