Key responsibilities: Support and develop the management team. Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance. Manage KPIs, labour costs, and productivity. Maintain high standards of customer service. Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance. Analyse performance and implement improvements. Support recruitment, training, and people development. Step up and lead the operation in the General Manager's absence.
