Hall & Woodhouse (H&W) is a family-owned Dorset brewer and hospitality business founded in 1777, operating over 150 high-end pub restaurants and inns across the South of England. We blend traditional values with a progressive, inclusive culture- and we're recruiting a Designate Deputy General Manager to support several of our houses around the Greater London area while you complete a structured development program that prepares you to take responsibility for your own site. The timing of the program will depend on your rate of progress and a suitable House becoming available.

What you'll need to be:

• An experienced DGM, AM or Supervisor with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
• Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
• Based in the London, area or planning to re-locate
• An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
• A commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
• Diligent with operational standards and processes
• Well-presented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving
• Able to commit to supporting the region until your permanent pub becomes available
• Determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for our guests
• A natural host who loves making people's day
• Flexible and resilient with a solutions-first mindset
