Deputy Manager - Adult Residential

Adult Residential Deputy Manager Locations: Telford TF2 and Northampton NN5 | Permanent | Full-time We are looking for Deputy Managers to support safe, person-centred adult residential services and help lead and develop the staff team. You will support and deputise for the Registered Manager, supervise and mentor staff, conduct appraisals, support recruitment and induction, manage rotas, oversee care quality, safeguarding, care plans and risk assessments, maintain accurate records, support CQC compliance and quality audits, oversee H&S and work closely with families and professionals. Essential profile: • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent • Enhanced DBS suitable for work with vulnerable adults • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior care role • Experience supervising or mentoring staff • Experience in a regulated care environment • Strong safeguarding and MCA/DoLS understanding • Calm, resilient leadership and strong communication Level 5 leadership, previous Deputy Manager experience, medication-management training, complex-needs experience and CQC/quality-assurance depth are strong advantages.
