Deputy Manager – Children’s EBD Home (Lead & Safeguard)

CPL UK - Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children’s Residential EBD home in Greenford. You will support the Registered Manager with daily operations, lead shifts, supervise staff and ensure safe, nurturing care for children.

Requirements include recent Ofsted-regulated residential experience, work with EBD/trauma, and prior senior or deputy management roles; Level 3 and ideally Level 5 qualifications are preferred. Flexibility for shifts and on-call is essential.
