Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead – Care Home (RN)

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead in Wales to support delivery of exceptional care. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance while stepping in for the General Manager when needed.
