Deputy Manager – Drive Team & Store Profit

Iceland Foods is seeking a committed Deputy Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, driving store performance and leading a team to deliver excellent service. You will be responsible for revenue, efficiency, and the customer experience on the shop floor and back-office operations.

In this role you’ll develop staff, maintain high standards, and ensure processes, health and safety, and security policies are fully implemented.
