Position: Deputy Manager (Development Pathway to Registered Manager) Location: Edgware, Greater London (in person) Contract: Full-time, permanent Shift pattern: 2 days on / 4 days off, including 2 sleep-ins. Weekends and bank holidays required. Salary: £18.00 £21.00 per hour + £60 per sleep-in Reports to: Registered Manager

A therapeutic childrens residential home in Edgware supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences. We are looking for a Deputy Manager who is ready to develop into a Registered Manager role. The post combines hands-on leadership with operational responsibility, safeguarding and high-quality therapeutic practice.
