Deputy Manager

Are you an experienced care professional looking for a change?Come and join the Agincare family as a Deputy Manager working across our Supported Living services in Grantham, Colsterworth and Retford (currently). In this area you will be supporting your team to deliver outstanding care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.What is required from you?A minimum of 12 months on your right to workA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleKnowledgeable of the care sector - preferably within a supported living settingGood knowledge of the CQC key lines of enquiry and other regulatory frameworks.Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is desirablePrior experience leading and engaging a team of support workers.A day in the life of a Deputy ManagerYou will support the Registered Manager, and work closely together to provide consistent operational management, leadership, and oversight. Together you will ensure a safe, caring, responsive, effective, and well-led service to our clients and staff to ensure a high delivery of care.Your responsibilities will include:Induction of new team members and supervision and support to existing team membersThe completion of care audits to ensure good practice and trigger reviews in care provision for clients as needs change.
