Deputy Manager – Learning Disabilities 🌟 Location: Kidderminster Salary: £40,000 Sector: Learning Disabilities Sleep-ins required We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join a specialist Learning Disabilities service in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support and helping individuals achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: -Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service -Lead, mentor, and develop the support team -Ensure high standards of person-centred care and support -Promote independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes -Support with care plans, risk assessments, audits, and quality monitoring -Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards -Participate in sleep-ins as required Ideal Candidate: -Experience within Learning Disabilities services -Previous Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Support Worker experience -Strong leadership and communication skills -Good understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding -NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care desirable -Passionate about supporting adults to live fulfilling and independent lives What’s on Offer: -Sleep-in opportunities -Supportive working environment -Training and professional development -Career progression opportunities...
