Deputy Manager

Domus Recruitment are working with an Outstanding CQC-rated homecare provider to recruit a Deputy Manager for their established service in SW18. The service is fully digital and has recently introduced AI successfully to support the day-to-day running of the business, so they are looking for someone who is digitally confident and comfortable embracing new technology. What’s on offer: £32,000 - £38,000 salary, depending on experience £200 per week when completing on-call Outstanding CQC-rated service 100% private homecare – no local authority-funded work Established and well-regarded franchise Strong and supportive team Very manageable on-call requirement Good opportunity for career progressionKey Responsibilities: Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service Ensure consistently high standards of care and service delivery Support the management and development of the care team Monitor care quality, compliance and staff performance Support with care planning, reviews, audits and quality assurance Assist with recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and care professionals Support the service in maintaining its Outstanding CQC rating Contribute to the continued growth and development of the service Participate in the on-call rota and provide support when requiredEssential Requirements: Previous experience within a Deputy Manager, Care Manager or senior care Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance Experience supporting and developing a care team Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong understanding of care delivery and quality standards NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleIf you are interested in this position, please apply, or for more information contact James Paton at Domus Recruitment.
