Deputy Manager Registered Nurse

A home with heart St Teresa's is a residential service with nursing support in Penzance, and home for up to 27 disabled adults. Residents are deeply involved in the running of the entire service. Youll find excellent facilities, a friendly and positive atmosphere and a beautiful local area. Your working hours Primarily working Monday to Friday with shifts falling between 8am - 4pm. About the role As Deputy Manager Registered Nurse, you will: Support the Service Manager and deputise in their absence
Provide effective leadership, management, and supervision for a team of nurses and care staff
Lead with passion and enthusiasm to ensure a well-run, compliant, and person-centred service
Deliver high standards of nursing, clinical, and personal support
Promote independence, choice, and positive outcomes for residents

A level of professional development and registration (may include Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care)
Experience managing a team of nursing and care staff
Experience providing direct personal and social care
Experience working with individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities
Flexibility to work rostered hours We would really love to hear from you if you are a Registered Nurse with great leadership skills and a sound understanding of safeguarding.
