Deputy Senior Ombudsman & Lawyer — ADR Leader (4‑Day Week)

The Ombuds Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Deputy Senior Ombudsman: Deputy Head of Casework with 3-5 years PQE to provide technical leadership, oversight, and quality assurance across all schemes delivered by the group. The postholder also serves as internal counsel and deputises for the Senior Ombudsman when required.

You will lead casework teams, shape decisions, uphold ADR standards, and manage CPD and risk, ensuring outcomes are fair, proportionate and compliant with internal SLAs.
