Deputy Store Manager: Growth, Ops & People Leader

Starbucks UK in Dundee is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, co-lead the store and drive outstanding commercial and people results.

You’ll own areas such as compliance, labour management and local marketing, forecast staffing, lead partner training, and act as store manager when required, while motivating a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
